and everyone else is inconsequential. It also means accepting
style over substance as evidenced by religion, country music, nascar, and reality tv, even when the 'style' is entirely unsophisticated.
It also involves blaming everyone and everything for rednecks
not having all they want: It's blacks' fault that crime is high.
